Decentralized Energy Production

We plan decentralized energy production plants as components of the local infrastructure. These facilities include renewable energy plants, such as sewage gas, biogas, and landfill gas cogeneration plants, rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems, and hydroelectric power plants. In addition, we plan combined heat and power (CHP) plants as well as backup power systems to ensure that plants for the drinking water supply, for wastewater treatment, and for flood protection continue to function in the event of grid failure.
